We are accepting new clients!
(TX)
I believe that every client has unique experiences and needs. I am committed to making you the center of our sessions and working with you to individualize your treatment plan. My goal is to provide a safe, warm, and open space where you can freely explore your experiences and feelings. I strive to truly see you during our conversations—to understand who you are as a whole person, where you currently are in life, your efforts, and the things that trouble you.
I focus on your present and future, aiming to assist you in thinking and acting beyond the therapy sessions. While therapy itself can offer is limited, your life holds many possibilities. I am honored to have the opportunity to gain your trust, listen to your story, and accompany you on this part of your journey.

What do you pay attention to first when you meet a new client?
The first thing I pay attention to is not the “problem,” but the person. I want to understand what your life has been like, what you are carrying, and what has helped you get this far. Many clients come in feeling defined by their struggles, but I see therapy as a place where we slow down and make space for the full picture of who you are—not just what feels difficult right now.
What does “you are at the center of therapy” actually mean in your work?
It means therapy is not something I do to you—it is something we build with you. Your voice, preferences, and lived experience guide the direction of our work. I may bring in structure, tools, or reflections, but everything is adapted to your pace and your needs. Even when we use evidence-based approaches, they are always personalized to your story.
How do you think about the balance between reflection and action in therapy?
I believe therapy should help you both understand yourself and move your life forward. Reflection helps us see patterns clearly, while action helps us test new possibilities in real life. Depending on what you need, sessions may lean more toward insight, emotional processing, or practical next steps. The balance is always flexible rather than fixed.
What do you hope clients experience during sessions with you?
I hope clients experience a sense of being truly seen and respected as a whole person. Many people come into therapy feeling overwhelmed, uncertain, or self-critical. My goal is to offer a space that feels safe, steady, and non-judgmental, while also gently helping you move toward clarity and change. Over time, I hope sessions feel like a place where you can think more clearly and breathe more freely.
What do you want clients to take with them after working with you?
I hope clients leave therapy with a stronger sense of clarity, self-understanding, and possibility. While therapy itself is limited in time, the goal is for the skills, awareness, and insights you develop here to continue supporting you in everyday life. Ultimately, I hope you feel more equipped to navigate challenges and more confident in your ability to shape your own path.
