Fully Licensed Clinician
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with a Master of Social Work degree from the University of Houston. I am passionate about supporting individuals through life’s challenges—whether it’s workplace stress, family transitions, or emotional struggles.
I believe that every person carries an inner strength waiting to be uncovered and nurtured. In therapy, I strive to create a safe and supportive space where you can share your story, process emotions, and explore new ways of coping and growing. My clinical interests include professional burnout, work-life balance, anxiety, depression, intimate partner violence, divorce, caregiving stress, and life transitions.
With warmth, patience, and authenticity, I work with adults, older adults, immigrants, and international students as they move toward resilience, healing, and a more fulfilling life.

Every person carries an inner hero—courageous, resilient, kind, and full of love. My work is to walk beside you as you uncover that strength, so even in life’s darkest chapters, you may move toward light, clarity, and peace.

What helps you connect with clients who feel like they’ve been “holding it together” for too long?
Many of the people I work with are used to being strong for others—caregivers, parents, professionals, or individuals who have learned to push through stress without much support. When someone has been in survival mode for a long time, it can be difficult to slow down and ask for help. In our work together, I focus on creating a space where you don’t have to hold everything alone anymore. We go at a pace that feels safe, and we start by simply making room for your experience.
What do grief and loss work look like in your therapy room?
Grief is not something to “fix” or move past quickly. It is something to be understood, carried, and integrated over time. In therapy, I don’t rush the process. Instead, I support clients in making sense of their loss in a way that honors both what they have experienced and what they continue to feel. Grief can look very different from person to person, and all expressions of it are valid.
How does your approach reflect cultural sensitivity?
I pay close attention to how culture, family values, migration experiences, and social expectations shape a person’s emotional world. Many clients come in with the belief that their struggles are purely individual, when in reality, their context matters deeply. I try not to make assumptions, and I stay curious about each person’s unique story. Cultural sensitivity, for me, is not just awareness—it is a commitment to understanding without judgment.
What do you notice clients often need before they can start making change?
Before meaningful change happens, many clients need a sense of emotional safety and validation. When people feel overwhelmed or stuck, it is often not because they lack motivation, but because they have been carrying too much for too long. My role is to help slow things down, reduce self-blame, and create enough internal stability so that change feels possible rather than forced.
What do you hope clients experience in working with you?
I hope clients experience therapy as a space where they feel genuinely seen, not judged. My intention is to offer warmth, steadiness, and collaboration so that clients can reconnect with their own resilience. Over time, I hope they leave with a stronger sense of self, more emotional clarity, and greater confidence in navigating life’s challenges.
