As a bilingual (English/Chinese Mandarin) and trauma-informed therapist, I strive to create a safe and welcoming space for clients to share their unique lived experiences, explore new insights, and learn positive coping skills to maximize psychosocial functioning. In addition to psychotherapy, I offer clinical supervision and professional consultation services for mental health professionals seeking to further their knowledge and skills in the field.
I place a high value on self-care and strive for a healthy work-life balance. Outside of my professional practice and involvement, I love traveling and hanging out with my fur babies.
